FC: Unlucky not to capitalise in the first half, FC boys went down to Fernhill 1-0 in the second half yesterday.
Good effort by Craig and Peter Hawko, with great saves by Shane.

UTD: The boys hit their straps yesterday with a solid full game performance. Gibson park were not given a sniff at all, great effort by our strickers Tony and Snowy with a bag full for Snowy. Simon gets the sideline commentators man of the match for keeping their playmakers quiet.

    Well down Boys.

    Please view the Line/BBQ roster.

I have allocated names, but if  you are unable to do it, make sure you swap with  somebody and let Steve know (FC) or me (UTD) to ensure coverage.

If I have missed someone, dob them in, and I will update.

    Thanks

    Jim

  • Cawley Cup Goes to United

Posted on July 4th, 2010 Ricky 1 comment

Cawley CupWith an aggregate 10-1 score over two legs, United laid fair claim to being the first holders of the Cawley Cup.

Well done to the Utd boys: your ability to make the most of your goal-scoring opportunities was a major difference between the two sides. Let’s hope the 6-1 victory has laid the foundations for your climb back up to the top of the Masters 1st Division ladder.

Bad luck, FC: the scoreline doesn’t reflect how well you played. And at least the Cup stays at Russell Vale.
